Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order ships. Tracking information may require additional time to become active.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact admin@usacolor.net immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.

USA Color Outlet is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact admin@usacolor.net promptly with the order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

International orders, when available at checkout, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import restrictions. These costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise during checkout.
